This TPI golf program is designed for both the recreational golfer and the low handicapper. This conditioning program involves flexibility training, posture training, core stability, and rotational strength and power. You will receive expert guidance from several of our trainers. Among them is Claudia Ramirez, MS, CSCS who is our Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, has competed in two USGA national championships alongside Michelle Wei.

The program is designed to help participants learn strategies that will help them avoid falls. The program is composed of a variety of balance, posture and strength exercises.
