Golf Conditioning Program
This golf program is designed for both the recreational golfer and the low handicapper. This conditioning program involves flexibility training, posture training, core stability, and rotational strength and power. You will receive expert guidance from several of our trainers. Among them is Claudia Ramirez, MS, CSCS who is our fitness director, has competed in two USGA national championships and alongside with Michelle Wei.
Speed and Agility Program
The speed and agility program is created for athletes or anyone who is interested in becoming faster and quicker. The program is designed to help participants reach their full athletic potential. It is also a fantastic workout for losing weight and getting into shape. The program is composed of a variety of sprints, plyometrics, and agility drills for foot speed.
Self-Defense Program
Self-Defense is any available means of safely avoiding or escaping a potentially dangerous encounter. HealthLink’s Safety and Self-Defense program addresses both prevention and physical resistance. The most valuable self-defense tool we teach is learning to defuse a situation before physical techniques become your only remaining option. The class is taught by Deb Buie, CPT, who is a 2nd degree black belt.
4-Week Challenge
HealthLink’s 4-Week Fitness and Weight Loss Challenge is a program designed specifically to help you reach your ultimate weight loss and body sculpting goals. If you need that extra push to get on track to meet your goals or if you feel that you are ready to make a serious commitment to fitness and nutrition, then this is the program for you. It’s geared to those of you who want help with nutrition but might not be ready or physically capable of training any harder.
