The Baptist Cancer Center is offering FREE gentle Hatha style yoga classes for cancer patients and cancer survivors on Friday mornings at 10 am. The classes are FREE and open to the general public.
The 45 minute class begins promptly at 10 am. Participants should wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Mats and pillows are available for students use.
Please call to make a reservation by Thursday at 4 PM so that an appropriate size room can be reserved for the class, 210-297-CNCR.
